Privacy Policy

AllSportz is a pick'em and standings app for private fantasy football
leagues. This policy explains what the app collects, why, and what happens to
it. It is short because the app does little with your data.
What we collect
- Account details. Your name and email address, given when
you sign in. Your name is shown to other members of leagues you join.
- League activity. The picks you make, the messages you
post in league and game chat, and the record of payments a commissioner
marks as collected.
- Device identifiers. A device name and a session token,
held in your device's secure storage so you stay signed in.
- Notification token. If you allow notifications, a push
token from Firebase Cloud Messaging, used only to deliver alerts about
your league.
What we do not collect
- No advertising identifiers, and no advertising.
- No location data.
- No contacts, photos, or files from your device.
- No payment details. AllSportz never processes payments or holds money —
what league members owe one another is recorded, and settled between
them.
What is stored on your device
So the app works without a signal, your schedule, picks, standings, league
roster, chat messages and payout records are kept in a database on the device
itself. Signing out deletes all of it.
Who else sees it
- Other members of your leagues see your name, your picks
once a game has started, your standings, and anything you post in chat.
Picks stay private until kickoff.
- Google (Firebase Cloud Messaging) delivers push
notifications, and receives the token needed to reach your device.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone else.
Keeping it
Your account and league history are kept while your account exists. Chat
messages are kept on your device for the current week and the two before it.
Ask us to delete your account and we will remove your personal data; league
records that belong to other members, such as the results of games everyone
played, may remain.
Your choices
- Turn notifications off in your device settings at any time.
- Sign out to clear everything the app has stored locally.
- Email us to see, correct, or delete the data held about you.
Children
AllSportz is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly
collect their data.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date above and, where
it matters, tell you in the app.
